The TOPKAY Cigar Lighters Torch is a versatile and efficient lighter designed to provide a strong and consistent flame for a variety of applications. FILLING AND RE-FILLING LIGHTER: 1. To release all tank pressure, press on the adjusted by turning the adjustment wheel on the bottom of the inlet valve with a small screwdriver. Hold the lighter vertical while bleeding the valve. Repeat this process several times until all fuel/gas pressure is released. 2. Set the flame adjustment to the lowest setting (-). 3. Turn the lighter upside down and insert the butane tank tip directly on the fuel valve. Press down firmly for about 5 seconds. 4. Before igniting the lighter, wait 3-4 minutes to allow the excess butane to evaporate and the gas inside the lighter to reach room temperature. 5. Set the flame level to the desired height by turning the flame adjuster wheel.

WARNING: The lighter contains pressurized flammable gas. Keep it out of the reach of children, and avoid using it near other people or your face and clothes. Ensure the flame is completely extinguished after use. Protect the lighter from sunlight and do not expose it to temperatures exceeding 45 degrees.
